Our commitment to quality began when we started in the baking and patisserie industry in the 1980s. We pride ourselves on using only the freshest and the finest quality ingredients available. We only use premium-grade Belgian couverture chocolate. Many of our techniques are considered cutting-edge in the baking and patisserie industry.
